Terms are accepted at sign-up, timestamped. Nothing is backfilled — for accounts that predate the policy, the honest answer is recorded: no consent yet.

Download Everything We Hold

One click on your Account page exports your profile, skills, learning history, credentials and conversations — the same list erasure uses, so the two can never drift apart.

Delete Means Delete, Today

Typed confirmation, then every personal data store is erased immediately and every session is revoked. Credit history is anonymised in place — a financial ledger must survive.

Nothing Lives Forever by Default

Mentor transcripts prune at 365 days, notifications and audit events on their own windows. Points and credit transactions are kept by design — they are your record.

AI Grounding

No Search, No Citations

When an answer ran without live web search, its citations are dropped rather than invented. Cached and deterministic answers say so.

Your Resume

Yours to Control

Skills are extracted and written to your profile — they remain yours to edit or remove, and employers never see the document. Erasing your account removes everything.

What We Store, Exactly

Your profile
Education, interests, goals, declared skills, and the structured skills parsed from a resume. The resume you upload (the file, or your pasted text) is stored privately on your account — one per account, replaced on re-upload, downloadable by you alone, deleted on erasure.
Resume Optimiser
If you use the AI Resume Optimiser, the text you paste (or the text extracted from your upload) and its optimised versions are stored so you can edit and export them. Erasure removes every stored version.
Screen time
Only that the app was open and foregrounded: session start, end, duration and beat count. No URLs, no clicks, no keystrokes, no per-page dwell time, and no client-supplied timestamps. Session rows prune after 90 days; the lifetime total survives.
Mentor conversations
Your questions and the answers, kept 365 days so you can resume threads — then pruned. Erasure deletes them immediately.
Credits and points
The transaction ledger and points events are financial/progression records and are never pruned; erasure anonymises the account they belong to.
Under-18 sign-ups require a parent or guardian to agree on the learner’s behalf. We record when the affirmation was given — and we are honest that it is an affirmation, not a verification. The date of birth used for the check is discarded immediately.
